Site Evaluation
The Dream Lot
The site visit is a critical part of the building process. With our site evaluation, we will help you assess all the associated costs that you may expect with the purchase of your lot. With the feedback from the site visit, we will use our drawing software to construct a site map for your lot which reflects set-backs, elevation contours, ESAs, and the Certified Survey Map.
With our sitemap, we will place homes similar in potential design to help you visualize your potential home and how it will fit on your property.

Our creative and innovative designs are a direct result of our 15+ years of building experience. We focus a large portion of our energy into understanding how you plan to enjoy your new home. With our ability to listen and understand your family's needs, we're able to custom-tailor a design that's right for you and your family.
Our unique 3D Drafting Software allows us to draw your home exactly how we build it. Every detail can be planned and accounted for, so nothing falls short of your vision. We help you visualize your dream before you build it.

Preconstruction
Setting Up for Success
With a signed contract, we'll establish a start date and begin working on the necessary permits for your build. We will also complete a project schedule. This comprehensive project schedule identifies the decisions you'll need to make throughout the build as well as the various tasks that we will be completing to build your home. Our live schedule system is accessible anytime online through our website or through an app on your smart phone.
We will also set another site meeting to finalize the location of the driveway and home, as well as the height of the home.
Build

Our Project Coordinators are backed by our team of professionals. Each of our employees takes a personal interest in your project to ensure your house is completed to the specification with strict attention to detail. We treat every home as if it were our own.
We'll meet regularly to review your home's progress and you will get to know each of our team members as they work on your home.
With our live scheduling system, you will know exactly when each decision needs to be made and what is happening at your home on any given day, all from your phone.
