Our History
It's all about passion. Dave Cavil & Brian Conard pulled their first building permit as C & C Custom Builders in 2000. Whether it's a custom home or integrating your functional needs & personality into your existing surroundings, they're happy to help.
Dave works with the customer from plan design through project completion. He holds a BBA from UW-Eau Claire with experience in customer service management. He currently involves himself with the Brown County Home Builders Association.
Brian is a graduate from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College's building and cabinetry program, previously worked for DeLeers Millwork and John Loberger Construction, and was building inspector for the Town of Scott.
Since then our team has grown to over 40 employees and continues to grow.
Our Process
We assist you through every step of the build process. From lot selection; designing your new home; completing a comprehensive specification, constructing your new home and offering support & service once your home is completed.
